This website collects personal information in one place only: the enquiry forms. If you send an enquiry, we receive the details you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your project.
How enquiries are handled
Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-processing service, which forwards your message to our studio email inbox. We use your details to reply to you about your enquiry, and for no other purpose. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your information.
What this site does not do
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no visitor tracking. Fonts, scripts and images are served from this website’s own domain.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are useful to a live or potential project, and deleted when they are not. You can ask us at any time to see or delete the information we hold about you — email enquiries@lanesboroughdesign.com and we will sort it out.
If we appoint you as a client, the information we hold and how long we keep it will be set out in your contract documents.
